CBAP at UIC Information Sessions

Get a look into the Certificate in Business Administration Program at UIC by attending one of our information sessions. Pre-registration is required.  The CBAP at UIC has been helping businesses improve and grow through this strategic management program since 1985.

Learn how to begin moving out of the “Business As Usual” box and into the “Business as UNusual” mindset for successful change efforts.

Most businesses today are in an odd predicament. They know they need to change, but they don’t know exactly what it will be. They know that change will involve technology, but they don’t know exactly how it will take shape. What’s clear to all companies today is that they’ll be conducting business differently tomorrow – and in order to prepare, they know they must move toward a company-wide strategic solution, integrating a competitive strategy with the kind of flexible structure that can rapidly assimilate new revenue opportunities, retain existing profitable customers and help them change into what they need to be tomorrow.

Bad systems defeat good people all the time - that's what we preach in the CBAP at UIC and what we witness everyday in the field. If this is happening in your day-to-day operations, you may be running the risk of losing profit margin through inefficient and ineffective day-to-day operations. Today, customers are better informed, more sophisticated technology-wise and much more savvy of the purchasing process than ever before. Knowing these new fundamentals of business along with the realities of the current competitive market, smart business owners are not waiting for “time to heal all wounds”, but are becoming more proactive toward initiating positive change today.
